G'Day Mates!
I'm Francesco, I'm 20 years old and I'm an Italian Guy that is currently studing Nanotechnology at the Hannover University. I'm really excited about this opportunity, working in contact with nature is just awesome! Since I was born I grow up with a sense of respect for nature and all it's creatures and as a child I loved when my father took me to go with him in the mountains looking for mushrooms or just to take a walk. I was always looking for new adventures and when I grew up I found a group of volunteers excursionist that I joined and with them i discovered wonderful places in my region. I cant explain the feelings that I had when I was with them, I just was for a few days with some friends, with no electricity or water or phones, it was just you and everything that nature gives you, no pollution, no light pollution, no stress, nothing. I remember when it was night and I was sitting looking at the stars. Billions of stars that you cant see when you are in a city or village, they were so beautiful and in that moment you can understand how little we are against the rest of the universe. It was also great when at the next morning you was woke up from some wild Pigs and not from a mother screaming that you were late! (:P)
I also worked in some excavations to restore very old convents that was abandoned.
But now I am in Germany and I really miss my mountains whit their forests and as a student you haven’t time nor money to go on adventures like that. And that’s the same for travelling, I really love to travel and explore new places.
But at least you can do sports as a Student. I've always been a sportive man, I especially love extreme sports. My main sport activity is Parkour, but I also did ski and snowboard, mountain-bike, BMX, skateboard and a lot more. For this summer I am planning to learn how to do Wake-boarding and Kite-Surfing. I would also like to do Bungee Jumping and Parachute.

That's
why I think that leaving for Australia could be the way to get back
to my natural state!
